It seems kind of weird to just pull a whole presentation written by someone else into my blog, but it's really convenient to have it here, and the attribution information is included, so I guess there's nothing untoward. I remember that Slideshare used to allow links to specific slides but that seems to have disappeared now. Perhaps whole presentations is the way to go, as you get to see everything in its original context.
